🍝😍 Dairy Free Creamy Spicy Tomato Pasta W/ Kale + Feta! 📷 by @starinfinitefood ⠀ ⠀ Recipe: Pasta⠀ 8 ounces cooked pasta of choice⠀ 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced⠀ 3/4 cup grape tomatoes, washed⠀ 2 tablespoons olive oil⠀ Salt⠀ Pepper⠀ 1/2 cup of dairy free feta, rolled into balls⠀ Fresh basil, chopped⠀ ⠀ Sauce⠀ 1 cup tomato Sauce⠀ 3 tablespoons almond milk yogurt⠀ 1 tablespoon hot sauce (or more)⠀ 1 teaspoon garlic powder⠀ 1/2 teaspoon salt⠀ ⠀ Instructions⠀ 1. Preheat oven to 400.⠀ 2. Toss tomatoes with one tablespoon olive oil and place in a small cast iron, oven safe pan or baking sheet. Bake for about 20 minutes until tomatoes are blistered.⠀ 3. Meanwhile, add the other tablespoon olive oil in a sauté pan over medium high heat.⠀ 4. Add garlic and sauté for about two minutes, until fragrant.⠀ 5. Add kale and toss with the olive oil and salt and pepper to taste.⠀ 6. Cover and sauté for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat.⠀ 7. Add sauce, yogurt, hot sauce, garlic powder and salt to a small sauce pan and whisk together to combine.⠀ 8. Heat the the mixture over medium heat until warm.⠀ 9. Pour over pasta!⠀ 10. Toss with kale mixture, roasted tomatoes, sauce, and top with fresh basil and dairy free feta balls. Before becoming a Dietitian, I spent so much time trying to figure out what the ‘right’ way to eat was (spoiler, this is different for everyone). PATATAS CRUJIENTES SABOR PIZZA ❤️      Hoy #Patateanda viene con esta pinta...Son fáciles y están brutales❗❗❗No podéis resistir a probarlas❗Os dejo los ingredientes y espero vuestros comentarios😜      ✨Ingredientes   - 500gr de patatas   - orégano   - Parmesano   - Aceite y sal   ✨Tan sencillo como chascar las patatas con piel y bien lavadas. Colocarlas sobre una bandeja con papel y añadir un par de cucharadas de aceite y un poco de sal. Remover bien y añadir orégano por encima. Rinde para unas 12 croquetas medianas. 🥦Ingredientes: ▪︎1 atado de brócoli ▪︎1 huevo ▪︎2 cucharadas de harina (de la que tengan) ▪︎1 cebolla y 1 pimiento ▪︎150 gr de queso fresco descremado ▪︎Condimentos: ajo, perejil, un poquito de sal y pimienta blanca. (O los que más les guste o tengan). . 🥦Preparación: Hervir el brócoli (no deseches el tronco, es rico en nutrientes y también se puede comer, si es muy grueso le retiras la capa externa que es más dura y el resto lo hervís). Mixearlo o triturarlo con un tenedor. Por otro lado saltear una cebolla y un pimiento, y luego mezclar todo. Condimentar y armar las croquetas. Podés rebozarlas con avena. This is my son (who is thrilled to take a picture with me 🙄). He weighs 39.7lbs. I have now lost my son in weight!!
