Crostino ricotta, salmone e fichi
4 fette di pane integrale
60 g di ricotta
80 g salmone affumicato
Tosta il pane in padella poi spalmaci sopra la ricotta fresca. Taglia i fichi in 4 e aggiungili sopra al crostino assieme al salmone, la rucola e olio Evo a crudo.
