'Healthy' Banana Flapjacks 🍌 Ingredients:
• 300g of Oats
• 2 ripe, mashed Bananas
• 3 tbsp of Syrup
• 70ml of Cooking Oil (I used Coconut Oil)
• 2 tbsp of Peanut (or Cashew) Butter • 40g of Dried Fruit or seeds
• 1 tsp of vanilla extract
Method:
• Mix all ingredients together in a bowl together. If you are using coconut oil you should heat it in a pan to melt it, then add the syrup to also soften that. Then add all the other ingredients.
• Line a baking tray with parchment paper and pour the flapjack mixture into it and smooth out with the back of a spoon. Bake the flapjacks at 180*C/ 160*C fan, for about 25 minutes. Allow to cool on a cooling rack. (Cranberries and Dates go well in the mixture. & if you eat Honey you could replace Syrup for Runny Honey.) ENJOY!
