Dear friends, we may be closed at the moment, but we are looking forward to welcoming you soon to noma.
In these challenging times, we are introducing prepayment vouchers allowing guests to secure their future booking with some additional benefits.
By purchasing a voucher, you will get access to reservations before they are opened to the general public, along with additional benefits depending on the level of spend. For information, please see the link in bio. On behalf of our extended noma family, we thank you and our community for the continued friendship and support.
Friends! We are constantly thinking of ways to better serve our community.

Dear friends. With all that we know and continue to learn, and scientific evidence urging us all to reduce non-essential social contact, we are making the most difficult decision to temporarily close restaurant noma until Tuesday 14th April at the earliest. Despite the fact that being together is at the heart of everything we do, the reality is very much that at this time, being together is not in the best interests of our community. For now, noma is shifting into family mode and we have made a number of commitments to our team and their families. We may be closing the doors to our restaurant for a short while, but we are not closing the doors to life, to friendship, to community, or to each other. We will be together every step of the way. The challenges we face are the same ones faced by our friends and colleagues across Copenhagen, Denmark and around the world. We stand with all of them and we face these challenges together. On behalf of our industry, and to our guests and guests of restaurants all around the world, if you wish to help, rather than cancel you could perhaps postpone your reservations to a later date or even buy a gift card to support your favourite restaurant. Please also continue to support those restaurants, cafés, bakeries and food stores that remain open – the people who work there are your friends and neighbours. We are one community. We are learning more with every day and will share updates on our path forward here and via our website. Our full statement is available at noma.dk (link in bio).
Dear friends and colleagues. We have been following the news including the latest press conference from our Prime Minister. We are following the guidelines from the government as they develop and are supportive of the initiatives being taken. We remain open and as always are taking the proper precaution to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our guests and team including ensuring that our restaurant is cleaned and sanitised throughout the day and service. We will continue to monitor and work with our government and industry representatives, and will keep you all updated.
Today is our sous chef, Luke Kolpin’s (@lukekolpin) last day at noma after 8 years! Luke is a true champion, a massive culinary talent, and a role-model for all of his colleagues here at noma. Luke will soon move back to Seattle, US, and while we will miss him immensely, we can’t wait to see what he does next. Give him a follow to see his journey from here. We love you to bits, chef – you will be missed and you’ll always have a special place here at noma. @lukekolpin
Dear friends and colleagues, we are on the hunt for a new person to join our Garden & Greenhouse Team full-time in a management position (Garden Team Leader) ⠀⠀⠀
Must have a strong passion and interest in soil care and both annual and perennial plants as well as knowledge of permaculture. Equally important is the ability to work with and collaborate amongst different stakeholders in our community (i.e. working closely with our test kitchen chefs, waiters, farmers and suppliers). ⠀⠀⠀
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, highly organised, and has strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working with sustainable gardening and farming practices is a plus, as we take a zero chemical approach to gardening and growing. ⠀⠀⠀
Due to Danish immigration laws, only citizens of the European Union (EU), EEA countries or Switzerland, or people with a valid work and residence permit for Denmark, will be eligible to apply for this position.
If you are interested in learning more about this position, please send through a cover letter and a copy of your CV to email@example.com
