In all my years of posting and sharing my singing I’ve never once posted myself singing a Hebrew song. I’m not sure why that is, or what part of myself I was subconsciously trying to hide, but today I stop hiding. Today I sing and cry out a song for our home, for our people and for the thousands of lives lost. What’s going on in Israel right now rips my heart in two.💔 If you have a moral compass & possess empathy, you will be deeply affected by the horrific images and videos circling around the internet. Regardless of your political views, Israel is being attacked by every angle and the innocent lives of men, woman, children are being taken all because they are Jewish. This is my way of coping and standing with my people. As a Jewish woman, I cannot sit by and watch knowing that I too would be targeted all because of my ethnicity. My family and friends live in Israel and my heart breaks for them. This hatred needs to stop. This pain needs to end. Sending all my love to the families & victims 💔🇮🇱
