🍑 𝗧𝗢𝗣 𝗕𝗢𝗢𝗧𝗬 𝗕𝗨𝗥𝗡 🍑 Simple and effective bodyweight exercises for strong and sexy booty 💪 Activate your glute muscles with this 6 bodyweight exercises: 1️⃣ Clam shells 2️⃣ Hamstring curl 3️⃣ Frog pumps 4️⃣ Lateral leg lift 5️⃣ Hamstring walk 6️⃣ Alternating leg glute bridge 𝟮𝟬/𝟭𝟱/𝟭𝟬 𝗽𝘆𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗱 First you do 20 reps of each exercise (be sure to do both sides) with no rest between. Then you rest 1-2min and you do 15 reps of each exercise.
