As you guys know I’m becoming obsessed with my health and wellness journey, and I cannot wait to see where 2019 takes me. The first thing I’ve done towards my goals is I started my Arbonne business (they have the best protein powder 🥳)! This was a no brainer for me because they have the cleanest and most diverse products on the market that changed my life for the better, and could easily do the same for anyone else obsessed with their health. Major goal achieved today 🤗 Down 30lbs since Sept 1st. Regardless of the things I can’t control health wise I can say whole heartedly that I’ve been giving it my all. Excited & motived to keep going! No bad days. S/O to my amazing coach @zoebrum & my supportive friends/family! 🖤
On my 2nd round of transformation program with @zoebrum. With such great results and over 30lbs lost I had become a bit discouraged when I stopped seeing a smaller number on the scale this time around.
But today, I really looked at myself & noticed all the improvements I have made. I’m feeling leaner than ever even without losing any lbs. Basing your worth on a number is just unhealthy as eating bad and not taking care of your body. Zoe isn’t training me to be thin, she’s teaching me how to be strong both physically and mentally. I noticed how much stronger I am and how much more stamina I have.
Working hard to get my priorities right and focus on how I’m feeling instead of a number on the scale. Obviously the 2 major things that got me this far is working out & eating right. But also something that’s just important is having a healthy relationship with ALL results. Trusting the process even when I don’t see an instant difference.
Knowing I fueled by body right even when the scale shows no difference. Knowing that I allowed myself some freedom/balance by eating my favorite unhealthy food bc it meant experiencing a good dinner with a great friend. Setting fair & reasonable goals so my body can achieve them in a healthy way (or else we will get burnt out, discouraged or hurt trying). It’s about improving my confidence & self image. No bad days 💙🌴
Ps: if you’re thinking about hitting up Zoe, just do it already. The best investment you can make is in your health.
Master the pull-up with personal trainer Brennon from our Livermore, CA club! Can't do the whole thing? Try stepping up on a plyo box so you can begin at the top of the pull-up. Keep your shoulders depressed and back engaged while slowly lowering your body down to the start position (take 3-4 seconds to do this). Working on the “negatives” is a great way to develop strength.

So i took a PT test this past weekend and ran a minute slower than the last test i took. I still maxed it and got a perfect score but that’s fukin unacceptable. I can come up with all these reasons and excuses as to why, but instead ima just do what the fuck i know i need to do!!! By the way i been maxin my shit since 09!!!!!!
Been a min since i ran on this shit cuz i tweaked my hamstring from being lazy n not stretching properly 😤😤

Healthiest I’ve ever felt in my whole life in all the ways and we’re in the middle of a pandemic. How ghetto. Chest and arms last night. DB bench, BB bench, DB inclines, DB & chest flies, curls, 7s and a bunch of other exercises idk the names of. 4 days of lifting last week, I could cry. I don’t remember the last time I did that.🥺
